SELKIRK scored 10 unanswered tries in running the ball at every opportunity. The home team had no answer to Selkirk's
overall power and pace.Rory Banks was first to get the scoreboard moving with a penalty kick in front of the posts
and tries came at regular intervals from both forwards and backs. Try scorers in the first half were Ciaran Beattie,
Stephen Renwick, Mike Davies, Craig McDougall, (2) and Martin Murray, all but one converted by Banks, for a 41-0
The second half saw Selkirk made a few changes but the scoring machine kept ticking along with another four unanswered
tries through Fraser Jack, John Everitt, Mike Robertson, and Ally Lyall, three of which were converted by Banks.
