Selkirk RFC are looking to appoint a development officer to engage and inspire young boys and girls in the Selkirk rugby community from the early primary years until they transition to senior rugby.
The person appointed needs to be able to build positive working partnerships
with players, volunteers, school staff, club committee, other rugby communities and Scottish rugby to increase participation in line with agreed strategic targets.
