Selkirk Rugby Football Club is delighted to announce that Andrew McColm has been appointed club captain for the 2026/27 season.
Andrew will lead the team into the new campaign, bringing commitment, determination and a strong understanding of what it means to represent Selkirk RFC.
A respected figure among his teammates, Andrew leads by example both on and off the field. His work ethic, experience and passion for the club make him an excellent choice to take on the responsibility of captain.
Andrew was joined at Philiphaugh by newly elected club president Thomas Ramage to mark the announcement ahead of the new season.
The appointment comes as Selkirk continues its preparations for the challenges ahead, with everyone at the club looking forward to seeing Andrew lead the squad throughout the campaign.
